The Erie 2 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Educational Foundation and the Erie 2-Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES (E2CCB) Health and Wellness Committee are collaborating to raise scholarship funds for students from throughout our region enrolled in E2CCB educational programs and also provide additional funds for E2CCB Educational Foundation Student Support Grants. The grants support the needs of our students in economic crises by purchasing required supplies or materials for personal use (steel-toed boots, uniforms, tools and equipment, etc…) or meeting the immediate needs of students (warm, clean, appropriate clothing or hygiene supplies). Past fundraising has been successful because of donors like you and we hope that you will once again consider providing support for this fundraiser.
Our fundraising efforts are dedicated to Robert “Bob” Guiffreda, former District Superintendent of E2CCB and beloved educator and advocate for children. To honor his legacy and support for students from the region, the Committee provides six scholarships in the amount of $500 for one student in each of the following areas: Special Education, Alternative Education, Career and Technical Education, Adult Education, and P-TECH. In addition, the committee also awards a scholarship in honor of the late Kip Feinen, former principal of our Hewes Educational Center.
Please consider supporting our efforts in any of the following ways:
- Cash donations
- $100 hole sponsorship
- Donation of an item for our Basket Raffle or a larger item for the Big Prize Raffle
If you are willing to donate please contact either Bob Spino at (716) 574-9019 or Tracy Smith-Dengler at (716) 679-8862. We are happy to make arrangements to pick up any donations!
Thank you for your time and consideration. We appreciate your support.
Sincerely,
The Erie-2 Chautauqua-Cattaraugus BOCES Educational Foundation
